Rob Sims
Rob Sims enjoyed a successful nine-year career as an offensive linemen in the NFL, plying his trade with the Seattle Seahawks and Detroit Lions. Rob lives in metro Detroit with his wife, Natalie, and their three children. As an ex-professional athlete turned entrepreneur, Rob has diligently pursued his passion for business. Locker Room Rob to share his passion to speak to the importance of having a well thought out insurance plan for love ones, while sharing his business acumen with agents for success.
When he’s not overseeing his business at Primitiv or Locker Room Consulting, Rob is a backyard warrior – of the grilling variety. He uses his Big Green Egg to smoke, grill, and bake a variety of mouthwatering foods for his friends and family. Equally skilled inside a kitchen as he is in the backyard, Rob has been known to impress his guests with dishes like Red Velvet Waffles, stuffed pork chops and various pasta dishes.
Craig Freeman
Craig has 43 years of experience as a senior leader in companies of varying sizes and industries; to include healthcare, retail, manufacturing and travel. Craig has a broad spectrum of business management, entrepreneurship, and leadership experience, which has transitioned into his current role as Chief Cultural Servant for Locker Room Insurance. Craig can compassionately be the driving force behind systemizing a company’s operations, introducing core competency training, developing department analyses, while coordinating the establishment of Standard Operating Principles.
James Brown
James is a highly experienced insurance broker and has over 20 years in the insurance industry. He has a passion for helping others and believes that everyone should have access to proper insurance coverage. James is dedicated to providing industry-leading service and loves to educate his clients on the right coverage to protect their families, establish a plan of legacy building, and realize their dreams.
